• Both buyer and seller can pay a one-time US$*** fee (editable, could be marked in different currency), to get their authentic identity certified via at least two cross-verifying evidence of personal identity, like ID card, passport, driver's license...etc. Certified buyer/seller is more likely approached as reliable partner.
• Flexible setting on free and discount offer to earlier users
  •  Tools allow users to upload documents (.jpg,.txt,.doc...) should be available.

• Buyers can choose to set the price or leave for sellers' bidding.

• All information generated by buyers and sellers, including account sign-up, information exchange between buyers and sellers via PM (private message), open message board or forum...etc,etc and etc, all, is subject to site's full, partial or non monitoring, before they can be published.
• The site can shift conveniently among a few modes: all info to be monitored, partial to be monitored, none to be monitored.
• An alert tool to highlight and lock information containing certain keywords (the database of keywords is editable).
• The buyer/seller of highlighted suspicious information will be warned by email and member area. When they do a 2nd time, their membership will be locked automatically for * months as a deeper warning. When they do a 3rd time, membership will be locked automatically for *x2 months. When they do one more time, their IPs will be locked permanently.

• Newsletter sent to all buyers & sellers. Ideally, the newsletter is integrated with company news module. That is, once a piece of company news submitted, it appears on the site and sends to all buyers & sellers via newsletter synchronously. Also, it'd be better if admin can choose to send newsletter to buyers, sellers or both.
• Keep both buyers and sellers informed of their own on-going project bidding.
• Buyers can be notified when there comes new sellers of their choice set with a few terms.
• Sellers can be notified when there comes new projects. Ideally the admin can choose if send the sellers all new projects, or only projects in line with their setting on expertise.
• Buyers/sellers can be notified if there come response to their posts, or if there comes new messages with their chosen threads on the forum.
• Unlimited number of buyer/seller, categories and sub-categories.

• NAdmin can easily edit commission rates and the other fees, percentage figures.
• When the agreed amount of project value is less than US$***(editable), all fees will be fixed to a flat amount.
